Have you been looking for a place to start going a little bit deeper with your yoga studies but aren’t sure where to start?
Are a student, who loves the idea of yoga philosophy , but the thought of learning the stuff seems overwhelming?
Are a teacher who would love to be able to infuse your classes with Hindu mythology and philosophy, but need a better understanding to confidently share the same?

Come join me on a journey of 12 months of going back in time to discover and dissect the ancient science and understandings of the texts that reveal the mysterious workings of the soul, the mind, the breath and body. Your journey to the soul of Yoga begins here…

Why This Matters Today

If you are someone who has been practicing yoga for a while and want a deeper understanding of the history and philosophy of the practice.

If you’re interested in the mythology of the practice and want to understand the deeper meaning of the stories we often hear. If you’re keen to start chanting and want to understand more clearly who the different Hindu dieties are, what they represent and how to invoke their essence through the medicine of Vedic chanting.

If you’re a teacher who wants to infuse your classes with depth and confident use of the Sanskrit language, whether it’s in communicating concepts, chanting and/or correct pronunciation of asanas.

Because once you understand the foundations — the cosmology, the symbolism, the language — your practice takes on a new texture.
It becomes richer, steadier, and far more meaningful.

What will it cover?

There is so much to discover when it come to Yoga philosophy. And this 12 month exploration aims at laying the groundwork for further education in the areas that resonate with you most. About Neha

I have spent over a decade studying yoga through the lens of philosophy, mythology, and the subtle body. My own teachers — across India, the US, and the Middle East — opened doors to a tradition that is both vast and intimate.

I teach with the intention of making this wisdom accessible, devotional, and alive — not as abstract concepts, but as teachings that touch the way we breathe, move, and show up in the world.

My approach blends chanting, storytelling, Sanskrit understanding, and contemplative inquiry. You don’t need prior experience — just curiosity, sincerity, and a willingness to listen deeply.

Doing this work will not only transform your practice but also your life. And I am so honored to go on this journey with you!

How It Works

Each month we explore a theme — slowly, intentionally.
You’ll receive contemplation prompts to sit with during the month.
We meet twice each month for a 75-minute live session, where we unpack the teachings together through discussion, chanting, and guided reflection.
Everything is recorded, so you can revisit the material or study at your own pace.
You’ll also have access to a private WhatsApp group — a quiet, supportive space to share reflections, ask questions between sessions, and stay connected with the community as the teachings unfold.

This program is designed to feel spacious, nourishing, and sustainable — a rhythm that supports real integration.
