About Neha

I have spent over a decade studying yoga through the lens of philosophy, mythology, and the subtle body. My own teachers — across India, the US, and the Middle East — opened doors to a tradition that is both vast and intimate.

I teach with the intention of making this wisdom accessible, devotional, and alive — not as abstract concepts, but as teachings that touch the way we breathe, move, and show up in the world.

My approach blends chanting, storytelling, Sanskrit understanding, and contemplative inquiry. You don’t need prior experience — just curiosity, sincerity, and a willingness to listen deeply.

Doing this work will not only transform your practice but also your life. And I am so honored to go on this journey with you!

HOW IT WORKS:

This program is designed to feel spacious, nourishing, and sustainable — a rhythm that supports real integration.

  • Each month we explore a theme — slowly, intentionally.
  • You’ll receive contemplation prompts to sit with during the month.
  • We meet twice each month for a 75-minute live session, where we unpack the teachings together through discussion, chanting, and guided reflection.
  • Everything is recorded, so you can revisit the material or study at your own pace.
  • You’ll also have access to a private WhatsApp group — a quiet, supportive space to share reflections, ask questions between sessions, and stay connected with the community as the teachings unfold.
